18th International Bioenergy Congress

The AIHRE project will be present at the 18th International Bioenergy Congress, which will take place on 1 and 2 October at the Valladolid Fairgrounds (Spain). This event, organised by the Spanish Biomass Association (AVEBIOM) together with its technical partner, the Spanish Biogas Association (AEBIG), will be held under the motto: ‘Biomethane and other renewable gases: The path towards a sustainable and competitive economy’.

In parallel, the 5th Renewable Gas Exhibition will also be held, with a full two-day programme of presentations and round tables, which will address key issues such as the development of biomethane in Europe, new technologies applied to renewable gases, and the self-consumption of biogas and biomethane. In addition, renewable hydrogen will also play a prominent role in this forum, reflecting its growing importance in the energy transition.

The congress will have an exhibition area with posters of relevant projects and initiatives. In this area, the coordinator of the AIHRE project, CIDAUT, will present a poster explaining the actions we are developing to promote renewable hydrogen in the POCTEP territory.
